About the Role

You will collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and testers to ensure our solutions meet both business and technical goals.
What You'll Do
- •Analyze and document software requirements for automotive software systems
- •Collaborate with customers, product owners, and development teams to clarify needs and priorities
- •Ensure requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle
- •Validate requirements through reviews
- •Support the project team in understanding requirements
- •Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards and best practices
What We're Looking For
- •3+ years of experience in software requirements engineering in the automotive or equivalent industry
- •Strong understanding of software requirements methodologies and tools (e.g., DOORS, Polarion)
- •Experience with modeling languages (e.g., UML, SysML) and requirements management tools
- •Knowledge of software development processes
- •Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- •Strong teamwork and communication abilities
- •Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn
- •Familiarity with automotive standards (e.g., ISO 26262, ASPICE) is a plus
